All you have to do to change the image is edit the photo file that is included in the download. Stick your child’s picture on it. Then use photobucket or similair website and upload. Then, check the text file and find the link in it that uses that picture. Replace that website link with your own from your photobucket picture.
Easy - just open the image in photoshop and change it and upload it to Flickr or something. Then change the path in the text file to reflect your edited photo.
